Welcome to OakWorks Oceanside Concrete. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

OakWorks Oceanside Concrete provides professional concrete installation, repair, and restoration services for residential and commercial properties in Oceanside, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, and decorative concrete work.

All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Estimates and Quotes

We provide free estimates for your concrete projects. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified. Prices may vary based on material costs, project complexity, and site conditions discovered during the work.

Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins. Any changes to the scope of work may result in adjusted pricing, which will be communicated to you before proceeding.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins and final payment upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards.

Late payments may incur additional fees. If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to place a lien on the property where services were performed.

Project Timeline

We provide estimated timelines for all projects. While we strive to meet these deadlines, completion dates may be affected by weather conditions, permit delays, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions.

You will be notified of any significant delays as soon as possible. We are not liable for damages resulting from delays beyond our reasonable control.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement and vary based on the type of service performed. Our warranties cover workmanship defects but do not cover damage from improper use, lack of maintenance, or natural wear and tear.

Concrete naturally develops minor surface cracks over time. Small hairline cracks are considered normal and are not covered under warranty unless they affect the structural integrity of the installation.

Property Access and Site Preparation

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure that the site is prepared according to our specifications. This includes removing vehicles, outdoor furniture, and other obstacles from the work area.

You are responsible for marking the location of underground utilities before we begin work. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or structures.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit or cancellation fees.

Once work has begun, cancellation may result in charges for materials purchased and work completed up to that point.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or any delays in completion.

We carry appropriate insurance coverage. Claims must be made in writing within a reasonable timeframe after discovery of the issue.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of OakWorks Oceanside Concrete or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
